Refund policy
We are fully confident that you will love your purchase, and all of this legal jargon is unnecessary, right? However, if there's a problem, we have a solution!
Return:
All Sales are Final, and no returns are accepted. We encourage you to read product descriptions including size charts and product material information, and view all photos to be sure what you are purchasing is right for you. Size charts may vary between products & brands.
Refund:
Please inspect products purchased immediately upon reception. If the product received is damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 4 business days) to give us a chance to evaluate the issue and make it right. For issues caused by Sweet PEA & Me Boutique or associates (not postal carrier), a full refund will be issued.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and with its original packaging. Please be prepared to send picture evidence of the issue reported, as well as the SKU # on the packaging if possible.

Order Cancellation:
We do not offer order cancellation for any reason once the order has been submitted for processing, which is immediately after your payment is received. If for any reason Sweet PEA & Me Boutique can't fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund upon our cancellation of your order.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Sweet PEA & Me Boutique will not be responsible for refunding/replacing any lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information shows the package as "delivered" and you have not received it, please contact the carrier.
